Delivery coverage
Checkout determines the destinations we can currently serve. Enter complete recipient and address information. Shipping prices and any free-delivery qualification are calculated and confirmed in checkout, not promised in advance.
When an order moves
Preparation usually requires 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after handoff is 2–4 business days. Neither period is guaranteed, and delivery can take longer because of non-business days, severe weather, carrier congestion, customs review, remote-area service, or incorrect details.
Updates and tracking
Use an email address and phone number you can access. If the carrier supplies tracking, we send it with the shipment update. Early tracking can remain unchanged until the first carrier facility scans the parcel.
Problems in transit
If a parcel is overdue, lost, visibly damaged, refused, or delivered to the wrong place, send the order number, tracking record, and useful photos. We will examine the available evidence and contact the carrier when needed. Re-delivery costs related to customer-supplied address errors may apply.
